LAY Pastor TRAINING GROUPS
PURPOSE
Lay Pastor Training Groups aim to raise up and train our own members to become co-shepherds leading to multiplied ministry and better care for the flock. This will also prove beneficial in the multiplication process as multiplied leaders lead to multiplied ministry.
VISION
The lay pastor training group program is a part of our long-term multiplying strategy to perpetuate the message and ministry of the Gospel throughout the world via local churches.
